We strive to process orders promptly and precisely.  We will confirm your orders for product by an email confirmation containing all terms of shipment and sale not already stated below.  Unless you timely notify us of any error in our confirmation, its terms are binding.  Any modification or cancellation of a confirmed order cannot be made inside two weeks from its ship date without incurring a 20% fee.

Returns

We want our customers to be happy with our products.  Our policy is to credit your account for any damaged products under the following terms.  If any product you receive is damaged (other than damage occurring in transit or after your receipt), notify us in writing within 48 hours of your receipt.  Please keep all materials and packing for our inspection.  Failure to so notify us timely shall constitute acceptance of the products.  You expressly waive the right to revoke acceptance.  If you do so timely notify us, we will choose one of the following: (1) to replace or issue a credit to your account equal to the product price of the rejected product, so long as it is returned to us or (2) to repair the product, if possible.  No returns will be accepted without a RMA number issued by us.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Your sole and exclusive remedy hereunder with respect to any claim involving product shall be limited, at our option, to such replacement or credit.  All claims for shortage from quantities specified by us must be made within 10 days of receipt, otherwise they are waived.  Claims may be placed online here, via email to This email address is being protected from spambots.
